Every meal is necessary for our lives. We eat food because it gives us energy for living in every day. In fact, many people skip their meals especially breakfast because they want to go to work on time. However, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and there are many benefits of breakfast for our health.
Having breakfast not only makes our body get enough nutrients and energy but also recharges our body and our brains for learning effectively all the day. Efficient brain make good memories, good intelligent, performance for study, learning skills and good mood. In fact, the good breakfast should has protein such as eggs and dairy products, because protein can reboots our cells to work freshly.
Moreover, breakfast helps to control your weight and makes us not to be fat. After dinner until breakfast, you do not have food for 12 hours. If you do not have breakfast, you will have a lowing sugar level in your blood, you will very hungry, and eat much more high energy food and fat in the next meal. That is the reason why you are overweight without notice.
In addition, having breakfast can prevent many diseases. For example, having breakfast can reduce the risk of heart disease because it can help to control the blood cholesterol levels. Also, it can prevent us from Alzheimer’s disease because brain has energy for working and remembering in the morning until the end of the day.
Breakfast gives us a lot of advantages for being healthy. If you have breakfast every day, you will be a healthy guy without illness and have a slim body. Furthermore, you can do it easily by getting up early and do not forget to have good breakfast.
