Do you have your favorite dish? I love eating so much. Not only going to my favorite restaurant but also cooking by myself. However, the most favorite dish of mine is such a general food. It is ‘omelet with minced pork and cellophane noodles’.
Everybody may think that it is not special, but it is a very special dish for me because of many reasons. I remember that my mum used to tell me how to cook it myself because she was always busy and she wanted me to make something to eat by myself. Certainly, I know how to cook it and I can do it well too.
First of all, you have to prepare all of the ingredients. The ingredients which we need are two eggs, chopped onion, 250-gram pork, sliced tomato, one tablespoon fish sauce and soy sauce, one ladle of cooking oil, coriander leaves (for garnishing) and 200-gram cellophane noodles.
Then, soak the cellophane noodles in warm water about five minutes.
While we are waiting for the cellophane noodles to be soft, you have to bring out the medium-sized bowl. Then, add two beaten eggs, pork, sliced tomato, fish sauce and soy sauce and stir until all ingredients are well-mixed. After that, put our prepared cellophane noodles into mixed ingredients and stir again. You can add any seasoning or topping you want like carrots, chopped spring onion or even canned tuna.
Next, heat oil in a pan over medium heat and wait around three minutes until small air bubbles pop on the oil surface. After that, pour the egg mixture in. Please carefully fry it until it looks golden-brown and smell good. Beware of hot oil splashing. Then, lay the omelet on a dish and garnish it with coriander leaves. Finish!!! So you can see that making an omelet with minced pork and cellophane noodles is not too difficult. You can have to wait for a superb meal in only ten minutes.
By the way, omelet is a general meal for everyone. Kids, teenagers or even adults can enjoy eating it. However, omelet, should not be eaten too because it can be disadvantageous especially give you tons of calories.
