‘All grown-ups were once children but only few of them remember it.’ -Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
Have you ever heard this quote? It was from the one of the best-selling books in the world, Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince). I have heard it since I was young, however, I have not read it before. (Such a pity girl!) Even though I never read it, I have a chance to watch a movie instead. Last month, I knew that there is The Little Prince movie so I looked forward to watching it. ><
I watched The Little Prince trailer and it made me want to watch a full movie as soon as I can. It was worth to pay for a ticket but this time I got a free ticket from the campaign I joined.(Yeahhhh!) I love a free ticket. *0* It was not only free but it also gave me a privilege. I can watch the movie before it is in a cinema. Am I a lucky girl?
I did not want to tell you a full story (No! No! I am not unkind person.) I thought that it gonna be great if you watch it by yourself. But I knew that you want to know about this movie, right? (OK, I gonna tell you a bit.) It was about a young girl and her mother who want her to succeed on her life by controlling on her a study schedule. One day, a young girl met her next-door neighbor, a retired aviator. He shared the story of a boy called “The Little Prince”.
Nevertheless the movie is not as same as the book (My friend told me). I love it. That is because it gave me something to think such as the quote I mentioned in the first sentence. Some scenes made my tear drops easily. It made me thought back to my child time; a time when I learned and enjoyed new things and a time when I was the happiest little girl. It showed a meaning of friendship; the friendship between young girl and old man.
I recommended you to watch this. The Little Prince, the best animation movie I have watched this year!
