Why exercise is important for your life.

What are you doing in your free time? Do you ever think of going outside and doing some exercise? Exercise is one of the most important things for your mind and your health. The first reason is that it decreases the risk of some diseases, especially to refrain the causes of heart conditions. Diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol will not appear in your life if you do an exercise at least 3 days a week. The second reason is that it helps build strong muscles and bones. Muscles help you increase your metabolism; you need an increased metabolic rate to maintain your weight. Another reason is that exercise makes you feel happy. This is because exercise releases dopamine, a happy chemical, into your brain. Moreover, it also makes you less stressed out. These are just some advantages of exercise. To exercise is not only about playing sport but it also includes doing your routine activities such as walking. It is better for you to walk to your workplace or school instead of taking a bus if the place is only one bus stop away. Now you know how important the exercise is, let’s go exercise!
